At Grace Custom Contracting & Design, we deeply value the time and trust of every client we work with — as well as our own. We take great pride in offering free initial consultations, where we can discuss your vision, goals, and project details. However, creating a detailed construction bid requires extensive time, coordination, and expertise. Each proposal involves careful planning, multiple phone calls, precise calculations, and professional insight to ensure accuracy and fairness. While some companies may offer complimentary bids, we believe in honoring the value of our time and the quality of the work we provide. For that reason, we do require a $500 minimum fee following your consultation. This amount will be credited toward your project cost should you choose to move forward with us. If you decide not to proceed, you’ll still receive a comprehensive, itemized proposal for your records. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to earn your trust.
